Pack 208 is based out of Tanaka Elementary School in Las Vegas, NV (9135 W Maule Ave, 89148) and is chartered by the Elks Lodge #1468. All Kindergarten through 5th grade boys and girls are eligible to be part of the Pack and join the fun!

Our Mission – Scouting is “Fun- with a purpose.” All of our activities are intended to support the principle aims of Scouting – namely, to build strong character, encourage good citizenship, and develop physical, mental and emotional fitness.

Parent Involvement – Cub Scouting is, by design, a team effort between your Cub Scout, You (his or her adult partner), and the Den and Pack leadership. Particularly in kindergarten (Lion Den) and first grade (Tiger Cub Den), you are a crucial part of that team, as you support and guide them through the activities.

All of the adult leaders in Pack 208 are “just volunteers” – parents and/or guardians like you, all chipping in to make our program successful. We are confident that every adult partner of a Cub in our Pack will contribute their time and talents to help make our Pack run smoothly and give our Cubs the best possible experience.

We also make friends, assemble and race model boats and cars, help other people, hike and camp, strengthen family bonds, get outside, and reconnect with your inner (and actual) child.
